HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REVCEIVE MY ORDER?

It takes 3 - 14 days across USA and 7 - 19 days world wide.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You will get it home delivered by one of our top courier partners.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free in the US on most items. On some items, we may have a weight based shipping fee. There are weight based shipping rates on items shipped outside the US.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our normal shipping times are 5 - 14 days after processing. In rare cases, Shipping might be delayed due to unstable airlines due to COVID-19, we ship via USPS or DHL Express. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

If your tracking shows that it has not been delivered, and stuck in transit for more than 60 days, then we consider the package lost and we will send you a new package. 

MY PACKAGE TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT REVEICED IT YET?

If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered and you have not received your package, we request you to please contact your local courier office. It you can't still not able to find it, then it might have been stolen from your front door or mailbox.

We only use top courier services like USPS, FEDEX,UPS & DHL. If the package is stolen from you, we are not able to help or send you a new package because the package has been stolen from your property (Mailbox, Front porch, etc)

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
